Our Luxapart Tirol is located on the famous sunny plateau SERFAUS-FISS-LADIS. Located slightly higher than the village center of Ladis, you will find a wonderful view of the impressive mountains of the Tyrolean Oberland.
Your garage space is located directly in the house. The valley station of the Sonnenbahn is just 200 meters away. With us you will find the luxury you deserve. The bedrooms in our apartments are made of pine wood. Well-known studies speak of the healing effects of this type of wood, which only thrives at high altitudes. As a further feel-good aspect, cozy old wood walls and stone walls are integrated into each apartment.
Sauna towels are also available for the wellness area with two saunas, infrared cabin, four water beds, challi loungers, etc.
FACILITIES
- We offer our guests one free private parking space per apartment in our underground car park. The exact parking space during your stay will be communicated to you at reception.
- We are happy to provide you with our air-conditioned boot and ski room in the underground car park free of charge. The ski room is accessible at any time with your key card.
